Virtual event production, broadcast-grade.

pick your format

Virtual, hybrid or in-person.

Virtual is one format alongside hybrid and in-person. It is the right call when your audience is spread out and nobody needs to be in the same room.

The production is the same discipline we bring to every live broadcast: redundancy, graphics, a dedicated audio mix and a show caller on every cue.

produced like a network show

A broadcast, not a video call.

We treat a virtual event as part platform, part broadcast: produced like a live network program, with branded graphics, transitions, live guests from anywhere, video roll-ins and audience interaction. That is what keeps viewers watching past the first ten minutes.

We work inside the tech stack you already have, or bring in a platform partner from our network who works as part of our team.

an eye on every part of the show

Presenter, audience, production.

Presenters

Countdown clocks, remote slide control, Q&A support and a line to the show caller when they need it.

Audience

A program with transitions, graphics and video, so it feels like a show, not another meeting.

Production

The same team we bring to a live broadcast: an executive producer, a show caller and the right support crew.

virtual shows we have produced

American Magic Live, Life Sciences Summit, Amplitude DDS Live.

Three programs, each produced as a live broadcast:

  • American Magic Live. A hybrid production: footage captured on site plus remote participants, pushed live to the organization’s private membership.
  • The Life Sciences Summit. Three years of a virtual event with speakers, subject-matter experts and presenters, all coached and pre-recorded, then assembled and pushed out live on event days to the client’s platform of choice. We worked hand in hand with the platform team.
  • Amplitude Disruptors Live (DDS Live). We built the run of show, captured segments in pre-production, integrated presenters and hosts live, and pushed the full broadcast to the client’s platform.

Virtual event questions.

What makes a virtual event broadcast-grade?

Multi-camera production, real graphics, a dedicated audio mix, rehearsed presenters and redundancy: a backup encoder on a second internet path and a plan for every failure. It's the difference between a video call and a show. Our team came up in live television, and we produce virtual events the same way.

Should presenters come to a studio or present from home?

It depends on who they are and how often they present. A studio gives you the best look and the fewest surprises, so it's worth it for your CEO and keynotes. For remote presenters, we ship a camera, light and microphone kit and rehearse with them on the same connection they'll use live.

Can a virtual event raise money or engage like an in-person one?

It can when it's produced as a show, not a webinar. YAI's virtual Central Park Challenge, which we produced as a live broadcast, raised almost 25% more than the traditional event. Live Q&A, polls, chat and a tight run of show keep a remote audience with you.

Which platform do you use for virtual events?

The one that fits your audience. We're platform-agnostic and have delivered to Goldcast, Swapcard, Brandlive, Cvent, ON24 and Zoom, among others. We'll help you compare platforms on what your event needs, like Q&A, registration, security and on-demand viewing.

Virtual, hybrid or in-person: how do we choose?

Choose virtual when your audience is spread out and travel isn't worth it, in-person when being together is the point, and hybrid when both audiences matter equally. Many organizations mix formats across the year. We produce all three and will tell you honestly which fits your goals and budget. More on hybrid events.

Do you produce events outside New York?

Yes. We're based in New York and produce coast to coast and on four continents, with the same producer and the same desk wherever the project lands. See where we produce. Pairing a virtual program with in-person stops? See virtual-plus-roadshow formats.
