Workday Elevate
600 to 700 attendees. Production management for the keynote stage, five breakout rooms and the expo demo areas, plus the keynote show: show calling, graphics and stage management.
user & customer conferences
The main stage gets the attention, but the breakouts, the demo areas and the stream all shape what customers take home. We plan and run the whole footprint as one production.
GENERAL SESSION · BEFORE DOORSwhy it matters
A keynote, a few dozen sessions, a demo floor and a stream, each with its own vendor if you let it. We plan every room to the same standard and run them all from one desk, so your customers get one conference, not a collection of rooms.
what we run
Keynotes, product reveals and walk-ons, called cue by cue.
Every room planned, staffed and run like the main stage.
AV and power for the floor, managed end to end.
Openers, product videos and a recap your marketing team can use for months.
Sessions for customers who can't be there, live or after.
Rehearsals, confidence monitors and a calm voice on headset.
in the room
600 to 700 attendees. Production management for the keynote stage, five breakout rooms and the expo demo areas, plus the keynote show: show calling, graphics and stage management.
WORKDAY · FIRESIDE CHATgreen light review · a free consultation with a producer
Big AV quotes are written by the company that sells the gear, the labor and the add-ons. We don't own a warehouse or rent equipment, so our only interest is the right show at a fair price. Send last year's plan or quote for your conference, or just get on a call. A producer takes a look and tells you honestly whether we can do it better. If we don't think so, we'll say that too.
Yes, that's the point. We plan every breakout to the same standard as the keynote and run AV and power for the expo and demo areas from the same desk. At Workday Elevate, with 600 to 700 attendees, we managed the keynote stage, five breakout spaces and the expo demo areas.
Yes. We're platform-agnostic and deliver to the platform you use, including Goldcast, Swapcard, Brandlive, Cvent, ON24 and Zoom. We plan the handoff with the platform team so live sessions, on-demand recordings and Q&A all land where your customers expect them.
Yes. We shoot as well as we stage: openers, product videos, customer stories and a recap your marketing team can use for months. Because the same team makes the content and runs the show, the videos fit the stage, the screens and the run of show.
Yes, live or on demand, produced as part of the show rather than added on. We can stream the keynote and selected sessions live, record breakouts for on-demand viewing afterward, and deliver everything to your event platform.
Production planning works best once the dates and venue are set, which for most user conferences is many months out. The keynote, product reveals and content take the longest, so bring us in while the agenda is still taking shape. If you're closer than that, we can still step in and work from where things stand.
We treat a live demo like any other critical cue. Demos run on a tested, wired connection, with a backup machine and a recorded version ready to roll if anything stalls. We rehearse the demo on the actual stage setup, and the show caller can switch to the backup without the audience noticing.
Yes. We're based in New York and produce coast to coast and on four continents, with the same producer and the same desk wherever the project lands. See where we produce. Taking your conference on a regional tour? See user conference roadshows.

what can we help you solve?
A producer answers, not a sales queue.
Every note goes to a producer, not a sales queue.
