town halls & all-hands
When leadership needs to reach everyone at once, the message has to land the same way in the room, in every office and on every laptop. We produce the show and the broadcast together, so your CEO just has to show up.
GLOBAL TOWN HALL · LONDON + NEW YORKfor internal comms and the CEO's office
Internal comms owns the message. The chief of staff owns the calendar. We own everything in between: the room, the cameras, the remote presenters, the Q&A and the broadcast to every time zone, run from one desk.
what we run
Staging, audio and lighting for the people in their seats.
Multi-camera production for every office, platform agnostic.
Leaders in other offices who look and sound like they're on stage.
Questions from the room and online, moderated together.
So every office and every time zone gets the message.
A backup encoder on a second internet path, every time.
every quarter
For leaders who present often, we set up and run a managed executive studio: camera, lighting, audio and a producer on call. A town hall on short notice becomes routine, without owning the gear.
on air
A dual-track hybrid show from studios in London and New York, broadcast to a global audience.
green light review · a free consultation with a producer
Big AV quotes are written by the company that sells the gear, the labor and the add-ons. We don't own a warehouse or rent equipment, so our only interest is the right show at a fair price. Send the plan or last quote for your town hall, or just get on a call. A producer takes a look and tells you honestly whether we can do it better. If we don't think so, we'll say that too.
Yes. We treat a remote presenter's feed like another camera on stage. We ship a kit or set up a managed studio at their office, rehearse with them on the same connection they'll use live, and cut between locations so the program feels like one show. A dual-track broadcast from London and New York is one we've produced.
Yes. We deliver the broadcast to your internal platform or a private player with sign-on, not a public link. We work with your IT and comms teams on who can watch, whether there's a replay and how long it stays up, so sensitive announcements stay inside the company.
We set up Q&A so employees can submit questions in advance or live, anonymously if you choose, with a moderator from your team deciding what goes to the CEO. Questions from the venue and online are handled together. We'll help you plan how to take on the hard questions, because skipping them is what employees remember.
Yes. We can add live captions to the broadcast, work with interpretation providers for other languages, and deliver captioned recordings for replay. Planning it into the run of show keeps captions and interpreters in step with presenters, so every office and time zone gets the same message.
Yes. A managed executive studio and a producer on call make it routine. Once the setup is in place, each town hall reuses the same cameras, graphics and platform handoff, so the next one takes less prep and less cost, and your CEO walks into a studio that already works.
Faster when we already know your setup. With a managed studio or a show we've run before, a town hall can come together on short notice. For a first show, the timeline depends on the venue, the presenters and the platform. Tell us the date and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.
Yes. We're based in New York and produce coast to coast and on four continents, with the same producer and the same desk wherever the project lands. See where we produce. Holding the same town hall office by office? See town halls on the road.

what can we help you solve?
A producer answers, not a sales queue.
Every note goes to a producer, not a sales queue.
