why it matters

When the audience owns the company, nothing gets a second take.

Our team came up in live television, where there is no second take. That's the discipline an investor day or annual meeting needs: a script timed to the minute, presenters who've rehearsed on the real set, and a broadcast that holds up for every shareholder watching.

what we run

Every moment, rehearsed and covered.

Presenter prep and rehearsals

Run-throughs with your executives, IR team and counsel, on the real stage or set.

Shareholder Q&A

Questions from the room and online, moderated and cued as one.

The broadcast

Multi-camera production with slides integrated, delivered to your webcast or meeting platform.

Redundancy

A second encoder, a second internet path and a holding slate if anything drops.

Timing and script

A run of show to the minute, so every agenda item lands in order.

Recording and replay

A clean archive for everyone who couldn't attend live.

quarter after quarter

Earnings webcasts, without the scramble.

For leaders who present often, we set up and run a managed studio: camera, lighting, audio and a producer on call, ready for an earnings webcast or an investor update on short notice. You get a studio that works every time without owning the gear.

in the room and online

Zendesk investor day, New York.

About 300 people in the room, and a three-camera live stream with integrated slides to a global audience on a private platform, with live Q&A and interaction for remote attendees. One desk ran the room and the stream, so remote investors got the same presentation as the people in their seats.

Engaging Big AV? Get a free review before you sign.

Big AV quotes are written by the company that sells the gear, the labor and the add-ons. We don't own a warehouse or rent equipment, so our only interest is the right show at a fair price. Send last year's plan or quote for your annual meeting or investor day, or just get on a call. A producer takes a look and tells you honestly whether we can do it better. If we don't think so, we'll say that too.

Investor day and annual meeting questions.

Can you produce a virtual-only annual shareholder meeting?

Yes. We produce virtual-only annual meetings from a managed studio or with remote presenters, and deliver a clean multi-camera feed with integrated slides to the meeting platform you use. Your platform provider handles shareholder login and voting; we make sure the meeting itself is rehearsed, on time and covered by a backup.

Hybrid or virtual-only: which format is right for our annual meeting?

Many companies choose hybrid because it keeps an in-person option while letting every shareholder attend online; virtual-only is simpler to run and costs less. Some investors and governance groups favor hybrid. Which formats are allowed depends on your state of incorporation and your bylaws, so your counsel makes the call. We produce in person, hybrid or virtual.

Do you handle shareholder voting and registration?

No. Voting, shareholder verification, registration and the legal mechanics stay with your meeting platform provider and counsel. We produce the meeting: presenters, the broadcast, Q&A and timing. We work alongside both so the platform, the script and the show line up, and nothing in the production gets in the way of the formal business.

Do you work with our existing webcast or meeting platform?

Yes. We're platform-agnostic and deliver a clean feed to the webcast or meeting platform you already use. We test the handoff with the platform's team before the day, so the feed, the slides and the Q&A tools all work together when you go live.

What redundancy do you build in for an investor day?

A backup for the backup. That means a second encoder on a second internet path, backup playback for slides and video, redundant audio for presenters, and a holding slate if anything drops. We rehearse the failover plan with the crew, not just the presentations, because an investor audience won't forgive a frozen screen.

How do you handle Q&A from shareholders online?

Questions from shareholders online and in the venue go to one moderator, who works with your IR team to queue them fairly. The show caller cues the microphones and cameras for each answer, and online questions are read aloud so everyone hears them. We plan the Q&A rules with your counsel ahead of time.

Can you help with quarterly earnings webcasts?

Yes. For leaders who present often, we set up and run a managed studio with camera, lighting, audio and a producer on call. Each quarter's earnings webcast or investor update becomes routine, even on short notice, without you owning or maintaining the gear.

Do you produce events outside New York?

Yes. We're based in New York and produce coast to coast and on four continents, with the same producer and the same desk wherever the project lands. See where we produce. Holding your investor day or annual meeting in more than one city? See multi-city meeting production.
