CityCast Media, LLC, doing business as Production Solved (“we”, “us”), produces corporate events, live broadcasts and video from New York. What we collect
What you send us
- Contact form: your name, work email, phone number, what you’re working on, and, if you add them, project type and budget range.
- Green Light Review: your name, work email, organization and event date, plus any answers you give (event type, city, attendance, budget) and any files you upload, such as a scope, quote, invoice or budget.
- RFP template and other guides: your name, work email and organization.
- Chat: the messages you type into the chat window on our site.
- Booking a call: the details you enter when you pick a time on our scheduling page, which is run by Google Calendar.
- Calls, texts and email: whatever you share when you contact us directly.
What we collect automatically
- Usage data: pages you visit, how you arrived (for example, a search engine or a link), the device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
- Cookies and similar tools: small files and scripts that help us measure the site and our marketing. See “Analytics and advertising tools” below.
- Security logs: our security software records IP addresses and request details to block attacks and spam.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, prepare proposals and deliver your Green Light Review.
- To send you the guides and templates you request, and an occasional note from a producer. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, so we can improve the site and our marketing.
- To keep the site secure and filter spam.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information for money.
Files and numbers you share with us
Scopes, quotes, budgets and other files you send for a Green Light Review are used only to prepare your review and any proposal you ask for. They are seen by our producers and not shared outside Production Solved, except with service providers who store or deliver them for us. We’ll sign an NDA on request. If you’d like your files deleted after your review, email [email protected].
Analytics and advertising tools
We use these third-party tools on our site. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 measure how people use the site.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag measures our LinkedIn campaigns and lets us show ads to people who visited the site.
- FuseAI helps us understand which companies, and in some cases which people, visit our site, by matching visit data with business contact information it already holds. We use this to follow up with organizations that may be planning events.
- MagicForm.AI runs the chat window on our site.
- Google Calendar runs our call-booking page.
- Vimeo plays the videos embedded on our pages.
Sharing data with advertising and visitor-identification tools like LinkedIn and FuseAI may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time; see “Your choices” below.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who host our website, deliver email and form submissions, run the tools listed above, and help with our business. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Production partners, such as venues or AV vendors, but only when you’ve asked us to work on your event and only what they need for it.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.
Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and sharing: email [email protected] with “Privacy opt-out” in the subject.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We’ll respond within the time the law requires and won’t treat you differently for asking.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project files for as long as we’re talking with you or working together, and then for as long as we reasonably need them for records, legal or tax reasons. Analytics data is kept according to each tool’s retention settings.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and security monitoring, to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or payment card numbers through our forms.
Children
Our site is for businesses and organizations. It isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Visitors outside the US
We’re based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed here.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
