Production management, live streaming and AV management across a wide range of programs in New York and around the country, for agencies like Jack Morton, Makr Agency and Huddle, among many others.

white label, explained

Your brand, your client, our crew.

White label means we work as part of your team. Your client sees your agency: your brand on the shirts and lanyards, your email signatures, your name on the deck. We run the production behind you.

You keep the relationship and the creative. We handle the parts that take a production company to do well.

Production Solved road cases packed and labeled for the next city on a multi-city tourROADSHOW · PACKED FOR THE NEXT CITY

multi-city roadshows

Your client's tour, under your name in every city.

When a client asks for the same show in five cities, we become your touring production team: one plan, the same senior producers at every stop and vetted local crews briefed on your standard. Your agency stays the face of the tour. We stay on headset.

  • Bid support for the whole route. We scope and price every stop, the freight and the travel, so the pitch holds up.
  • White-label in every market. Local crews are briefed as your agency, and the no-poach approach applies in every city.
  • One show, every room. The design is built once and every venue is advanced before we arrive.
  • Content from the road. A stream at each stop or a recap of the whole tour, delivered for your client.

Proof on the road: SCORE's 60th anniversary pitch competition, four cities from Philadelphia to Houston.

why agencies call us

Creative, tech and management, in one crew.

You bring the idea. We're the people who make it work in a real room: producers who understand the creative, spec the technology and manage the logistics, so nothing gets lost between your concept and show day.

We're the boutique, senior-led alternative to big AV, and we're asset-light, so we bring the right vendors for your idea instead of the gear we need to rent out. We've done this for agencies since our broadcast publicity days.

for pr agencies

Media events and broadcast.

Press events, media tours and live broadcasts, produced under your agency's name. We started in broadcast publicity, so we know what a newsroom needs from a feed.

Agency questions.

How does white-label production work?

We produce under your agency's brand. Your client deals with you; we work as part of your team from the bid to load-out, with your name on the shirts, lanyards, email signatures and documents. You keep the relationship and the creative. We run the production behind you.

Will you ever contact our client directly?

No. Your client is your client. Anything that comes to us from your client goes back through you, and we never make an end run, during the project or after it.

Will you sign an NDA and a non-solicit?

Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA and a non-solicitation agreement covering your client. It's how we already work: we never make an end run around an agency, so putting it in writing is easy.

Can you help with bids?

Yes. We help you scope the production so the pitch promises something you can deliver, build a comprehensive production budget you can mark up and present as your own, and give a producer's read on feasibility before the idea goes in front of the client.

How fast can you turn around a bid?

Usually 48 to 72 hours. Sometimes faster, sometimes longer, depending on the event and what the production requires. Tell us your pitch date up front and we'll plan the budget work around it.

How do you price agency work?

We give you a comprehensive production budget in a format you can mark up and present as your own. You set your markup and keep the client-facing number. Everything is visible to you, so there are no surprises between the bid and the final invoice.

Do your crews wear our branding?

Yes, if you want them to. Shirts, lanyards, email signatures and documents carry your agency's name, and our producers introduce themselves as part of your team.

Can you staff a show outside New York?

Yes. We're based in New York and produce nationwide and internationally, bringing a core Production Solved team and adding trusted local crew in each market. That keeps travel costs down while the same senior producers run the show under your name. See where we produce. Has your client asked for a multi-city tour? See how we run roadshows for agencies.
