the story in short
We started in 2006 as CityCast Media, helping organizations find their voice on a brand-new medium: podcasting. Our team came up in live television, where nothing gets a second take.
When audiences moved online, we helped clients go live to the world. When the room came back, we brought both together. Today Production Solved runs corporate events, managed AV, live broadcast and video from one desk.
Along the way we have produced press events in Central Park, investor days, sales kickoffs, galas and global town halls, for clients including Workday, AWS, ION, AlphaSense, the Culinary Institute of America, Sealed Air, Paramount+, Broadway in the Park, SCORE, YAI and Amplitude.

Jason Cohen started in production at 16 on a live cable television crew and has spent about 30 years since producing live events, broadcasts and video. Before Production Solved, he ran the New York office of a broadcast publicity agency, getting brands and their stories on air.
He launched the company as CityCast Media in 2006, at the dawn of podcasting. Today Production Solved runs corporate events, managed AV, live broadcast and video from one desk: sales kickoffs, town halls, investor days, galas, red carpets and brand activations, in New York and around the world.
Jason is the strategic contact on every show, from the first call (often a free Green Light Review) through the last cue. He believes in honest advice, no ego and being a partner, not a vendor.

Frank Berman brings 30+ years of media production and live event management to every show. He knows the nuances of production inside and out, and guides projects from the first idea through the final cue.
His experience spans corporate theatre, multi-camera productions and the engineering systems behind thousands of live-to-air broadcasts, along with special events around the globe. He builds and leads high-performing teams, and makes sure the technology always serves the show.

Seth Bellaff has spent more than 25 years in live broadcast and events, in a career built on production management. He has produced television shows, live events and corporate videos for clients including Condé Nast, MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, Lifetime, the New York Lottery, ExxonMobil, the Clinton Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies and Disney.
Seth specializes in broadcast media management for live events: the technical and logistical setup of stand-ups, satellite trucks and crews, press risers, press rooms, red carpets and one-on-one interviews. When the press is on site, he's the calm voice making it all work.
