chicago · the midwest
Customer events in Chicago and live events and video across the Midwest. Grant Park, McCormick Place or a ballroom in the Loop: we fit the production to the venue and the program, and the producers who plan it run it on site.

We ran site visits, chose the venue and produced the whole event for about 150 guests: front of house, back of house, AV and logistics.
Columbus · video
Interviews with patients, physicians and pharmacists at a university cancer care facility, shot with a small crew around patient care.
Bowling Green, KY · AV
AV support for a major food company's internal meeting, with the same planning and show management we bring to every program.
producing in chicago
Chicago is a strong union town. McCormick Place and many downtown hotels run with union labor and detailed work rules about who does what and when. We confirm them with the venue before we quote, so labor doesn't surprise you on the invoice.
Downtown hotels usually have exclusive or preferred in-house AV, and docks and freight elevators in the Loop are shared and scheduled tight. We book them when the venue is booked.
Across the Midwest, venues are often smaller and crews are local. We scout first, as we did in Des Moines before choosing the venue, and bring the plan with us.
site visits
Our producers went to site visits in Des Moines and chose the venue themselves before producing the event. We bring that same habit to every Chicago ballroom and Midwest venue.

Big AV quotes are written by the company that sells the gear, the labor and the add-ons. We don't own a warehouse or rent equipment, so our only interest is the right show at a fair price. Send the plan or quote for your Chicago show, or just get on a call. A producer takes a look and tells you honestly whether we can do it better. If we don't think so, we'll say that too.
Many do, including McCormick Place and a number of downtown hotels. We confirm the venue's labor rules first and build the schedule and budget around them.
Yes. We've produced a SCORE tour event in Des Moines, shot at a university cancer center in Columbus and provided AV for an internal meeting in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Yes. In Des Moines we ran the site visits, chose the venue and produced the whole event for about 150 guests.
Everything, travel included, is scoped and priced before you approve the budget. We don't mark up travel. It's billed at cost, plus the necessary per diem. See where we produce. Running the same Midwest program in several cities? See regional roadshow production.
