Corporate event production in Miami.

Brand activations, events and video across South Florida. We've supported AWS activations during the Formula 1 race weekend in Miami for multiple years, and we plan for the heat, the weather and the crowds that come with it.

producing in miami

What producing in Miami involves.

Outdoor and open-air programs are common here, so heat, sun and afternoon storms go into the plan: shade and cooling for gear and guests, weather calls with clear decision times, and backup power. Hurricane season runs June through November, and we plan dates and contingencies with that in mind.

Big event weekends change everything. Race weeks, art fairs and boat shows fill hotels, crews and rental inventory, tighten road access and add credentialing to every load-in. We book crew and gear early and plan deliveries around road closures.

Hotels and venues across South Florida often have exclusive or preferred AV partners. We read the contract first, then manage whichever path serves the show.

site visits

We see the venue before we plan the show.

In South Florida, a site visit tells us where the sun sits at show time, where storms will push guests, and how trucks reach the venue during a busy event weekend. We plan from what we saw, not from a floor plan.

  • Walk the venue. Power, rigging points, sightlines, load-in path and where the crew can actually stage.
  • Meet the house team. In-house AV, the event manager and the engineer, before anyone signs.
  • Read the fine print. Labor rules, exclusives and fees go into the plan and the budget up front.

Big AV quotes are written by the company that sells the gear, the labor and the add-ons. We don't own a warehouse or rent equipment, so our only interest is the right show at a fair price. Send the plan or quote for your South Florida show, or just get on a call. A producer takes a look and tells you honestly whether we can do it better. If we don't think so, we'll say that too.

Miami production questions.

Can you produce activations during major event weekends?

Yes. We've supported AWS activations during the Formula 1 race weekend in Miami for multiple years. We plan around credentials, compound rules, road closures and the crew demand those weekends bring.

How do you plan for weather at outdoor events?

We set weather decision times, protect gear and power from heat and rain, and keep a backup plan ready. In hurricane season we build contingencies into dates and contracts from the start.

Do you work in West Palm Beach and the rest of South Florida?

Yes. We've shot in West Palm Beach and produce across the region, from Miami to Palm Beach County.

How do travel costs work?

Everything, travel included, is scoped and priced before you approve the budget. We don't mark up travel. It's billed at cost, plus the necessary per diem. See where we produce. Taking a Miami event to other cities? See our multi-city roadshow work.
