Corporate event production in Las Vegas.

Events and live broadcasts in Las Vegas, including a live show from the floor of a major trade show. Resorts, convention centers and show floors each have their own rules, and we plan for them before we quote.

What we've produced in Las Vegas.

Live broadcast

Live from a trade show floor

For a global events and media company, we produced a live broadcast from the floor of a trade show: a social media studio built to sit at the core of a virtual event platform, with interviews and thought leaders from the industry going out live.

What it showed

A studio inside the show

Cameras, lighting, audio and streaming in a working exhibit hall, with all the noise and traffic that comes with it, delivered as a polished live program.

producing in vegas

What producing in Las Vegas involves.

Resorts usually have an exclusive in-house AV partner, and bringing in outside production can carry patch, power and rigging fees. We read the contract before anything is quoted, then manage either path.

Convention centers and trade show floors run on their own rules. Power, internet, rigging and freight are typically ordered through the show's official contractors, on deadlines that come up fast. We place those orders on time so the booth or studio is live when doors open.

Labor rules vary by venue, and big show weeks fill crews and hotels quickly. We book experienced local technicians early and brief them before load-in.

site visits

We see the venue before we plan the show.

In Las Vegas, we walk the resort or the show floor before we order anything: where power drops land, where the studio or stage can sit, and how freight reaches it through the exhibitor schedule.

  • Walk the venue. Power, rigging points, sightlines, load-in path and where the crew can actually stage.
  • Meet the house team. In-house AV, the event manager and the engineer, before anyone signs.
  • Read the fine print. Labor rules, exclusives and fees go into the plan and the budget up front.

Big AV quotes are written by the company that sells the gear, the labor and the add-ons. We don't own a warehouse or rent equipment, so our only interest is the right show at a fair price. Send the plan or quote for your Las Vegas show, or just get on a call. A producer takes a look and tells you honestly whether we can do it better. If we don't think so, we'll say that too.

Las Vegas production questions.

Can you produce a live broadcast from a trade show floor?

Yes. We produced a live broadcast from a Las Vegas trade show floor, with interviews streaming from a studio inside the exhibit hall. We handle cameras, audio, lighting, streaming and the show's rules for power and internet.

Do Las Vegas resorts require their in-house AV?

Many have an exclusive or preferred AV partner, and outside production can carry patch, power and rigging fees. We compare both paths and manage whichever one serves the show.

How early should we order power and internet for a show floor?

As early as the show allows. Exhibitor services have firm deadlines and pricing jumps after them. We put those orders in as soon as your space is confirmed.

How do travel costs work?

Everything, travel included, is scoped and priced before you approve the budget. We don't mark up travel. It's billed at cost, plus the necessary per diem. See where we produce. Taking a Vegas show on tour? See how we produce roadshows.
